About me
Hi everyone! Thank you for being here. My name is Kelsey. For years, I prayed for God to lead me to my purpose in this world. Although I prayed and prayed, I still felt as if I had no direction — but I always knew I wanted to help people; I just didn’t know what that would look like. My prayers were being answered all along, but I was not truly listening or being open to the signs God was showing me. Throughout the years, I have faced struggles — nothing major, but enough to bring you to your knees some days — such as anxiety, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, food allergies, acne, fatigue, and stress. I often wondered: Why me? Why does it seem like life is so easy for everyone else, while I’m here just struggling to figure out what I can eat that won’t trigger an acne flare-up, an anxiety attack, or acid reflux? This is not meant to be a sob story, because I know I have a beautiful life. But dealing with all of this from a young age naturally makes you feel a little down at times. All of these experiences have led me to my why. God has not just been speaking but truly screaming to my heart lately that my purpose is to help people — and that these struggles have been preparing me to guide those around me. I believe my pain has had a purpose: to teach others about small health changes they can make that will greatly impact their lives. We live in a society where everything feels like information overload, especially in the health world. I want to be someone who can simplify things and guide others — even with small steps, such as learning which ingredients to avoid.
